Somatic Therapy:  Somatic therapy helps you tune into body signals  about stress and stuck emotions (tight shoulders, knots in your stomach, knee bouncing) and release what’s building up, so your body & mind can relax and move on.

Emotion-Focused Therapy:  This approach helps you figure out what’s going on beneath the surface — the emotions, needs, and patterns that shape how you connect (or don’t). It’s about bringing you closer together in a meaningful and lasting way.

AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy): It's all about emotions. If you’ve ever felt stuck in sadness, anger, or shame, AEDP helps us work through those feelings so they can shift into something healing, like self-compassion or wisdom.

Mindfulness Therapy:  Life can move so fast that it’s hard to catch your breath. Mindfulness therapy teaches you to slow down and pay attention to what’s happening right now, increasing access to tools and resources- Helping you respond to life instead of reacting.

Holistic-You Centered Therapy:  You’re the expert on your own life. My job is to offer guidance and feedback based on your goals. Creating a space where you feel safe to explore all aspects of life — without limiting labels, and judgments.
