Since 2019, I’ve been helping folks deepen the connection within the self and in relationships. I became a therapist to be the kind of support I longed for as a young person—someone who listens without judgment, helps you make sense of life’s complexities, and encourages you to live authentically and with intention.
As a queer Black cis-woman, I understand the hesitation many feel about starting therapy. That’s why I’m committed to creating a space where you can show up as you are—free from the need to explain or defend your identity & experience.
When I’m not in session, you’ll find me doting on my plants (or desperately trying to rescue the ones I’ve neglected), writing, or scoping out the best eats in town.
